By registering for an account on the BRG Real Estate Elite platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

To use BRG Real Estate Elite, you must:

• ›Be at least 18 years of age.
• ›Have been referred by an existing authorised BRG member via a valid referral link.
• ›Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• ›Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• ›Notify BRG immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• ›Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• ›Not share your account credentials with any third party.

Commission payments are subject to:

• ›Successful completion and administrative approval of a property sale submission.
• ›Completion of KYC verification including valid government-issued identification.
• ›Provision of a valid bank account for payout processing.

BRG reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse commission payments in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms. Commission rates and structures are communicated separately and may be updated at BRG's discretion with reasonable notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• ›Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading sale information.
• ›Creating multiple accounts or abusing the referral system.
• ›Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the platform's systems.
• ›Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

All personal data collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purpose of operating the BRG platform, including KYC compliance and commission payout processing. Your data is encrypted and stored securely and will never be sold to third parties.

BRG reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice and without liability. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any pending commissions may be forfeited pending investigation.

BRG Real Estate Elite provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data loss, or service interruption.

BRG may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the BRG platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
